I love to cook. For me, cooking is a way to unwind and relax after a particularly stressful day. The rhythmic movements of chopping vegetables, dusting meat with seasoning and stirring items on a sizzling pan bring a sense of focus and purpose to my day. The exotic fragrance of a dish carries me away to an imaginary food cart in a far-off country, and the flavors tickling my taste buds are some of the most vivid memories I have. There’s nothing quite as satisfying as popping that first bite into my mouth and realizing it’s just as good as any Las Vegas Strip restaurant. Continue reading
