Every now and then, I take Pepper down to the wash behind my house. Whenever we go down there, Pepper thinks it’s for the singular purpose of hunting rabbits. She hasn’t caught one, as I keep her on a leash, but I hate to think about what would happen if she did get one.

I managed to get a photo of one of the rabbits because Pepper didn’t see it until it started to run.

I also got one of it running, but Pepper was tugging on the leash like crazy and it ended up blurry. I’m posting it as a secondary photo.

The rabbit makes a run for it after Pepper spots it.
