And, if you can see your breath, it&#039;s too cold! heh heh. But, I have been here for almost 22 years.</description>

2. You&#039;ve been living in Las Vegas too long if you think anything is &quot;cold&quot; in SF in May. We were there in February and it wasn&#039;t that bad.

3. There is random public art in Las Vegas. It&#039;s just that the city is sprawled and not full of pedestrians and you don&#039;t get to see it often. Plus, most is downtown and no one goes down town except us artsy hipster types and the homeless.
