I know, I'm really cynical about culture in Vegas. It's hard because it's so obvious everywhere else, and here, you really have to hunt for it. You've been living in Las Vegas too long if you think anything is "cold" in SF in May. We were there in February and it wasn't that bad. 3. There is random public art in Las Vegas. It's just that the city is sprawled and not full of pedestrians and you don't get to see it often. Plus, most is downtown and no one goes down town except us artsy hipster types and the homeless.
