365-Day Project: The secret photo

January 24th, 2009 by laura

So, I have an absolutely beautiful photo today that I’m extremely proud of … But I can’t post it yet. Why? Because it’s of my friend Amie in her wedding dress, and her husband-to-be is not allowed to see it… And he’s trying very hard to do so! :-P I’ll post it later, when Amie is married. Unfortunately, that is Oct. 17.

I know a couple of you will want to see it (particularly Anne, I’m sure), so shoot me an e-mail and I just might let you see it.

In the meantime, I’ve got some other photos to share with you all. I’ve had a very busy day, and it’s not even over yet. I’m going to the Wranglers game in a few minutes and will likely take photos there. If they’re any good, I’ll put them up tomorrow.

After going to get measured, Amie, Jane and I went to a Mediterranean restaurant that was quite good. Here’s a nice photo of Jane and Amie dining.

Today, Pepper also graduated from her advanced class at PetsMart (Or is it PetSmart?). For all of you who have dogs, I would highly suggest getting them training, and might I humbly suggest Pepper’s trainer. She is awesome. We are still trying to decide if we’re going to continue and get the Canine Good Citizen Certificate. That class is open enrollment, so we can pretty much start whenever.

Robert balanced the cap on Pepper's head. She doesn't like wearing that much. Fine with me. Clothes don't belong on dogs.

This is Pepper's entire class. From left, Pepper, Stella, Popeye and Isis. You have no clue how long it took to get all four of them to stay at the same time. They were just not in the mood to listen today. It took about 45 minutes.

OMG the names for all those dogs fits so well. I mean, Pepper is just totally a Pepper. Did I ever tell you I was raised, literally, by a dog named Pepper? =) She was my best friend. I love looking at all your pics, Laura. It really helps me see what’s going on at home. I really love the Red Rock ones, too.
