365-Day Project: Orange Moon

Yesterday, the moon looked absolutely awesome as Robert and I were heading out for dinner. We stopped the car to snap some photos of it.
The moon has a hazy orange glow around it.
On a personal note, this weekend, I’ve started learning how to do Web sites. Right now, I’m learning the basics of HTML and simple Web design. When I’m done with that book, I’m going to start on CSS Web design and Photoshop. I’m also planning on learning Flash and Dreamweaver.
It’s going to suck up a lot of my free time, and I’ve realized I won’t be able to read anything for pleasure for a while. But I think it will definitely be worth it in the long run.

Kinda a reply to this and to your comment in my blog…it IS scary when your employer starts laying off people but on the side keeps telling you your position is safe…just more work. It’s frustrating and scary. I am sorry. I went through that; I know what you’re talking about. And we’re all in the same boat these days. But that doesn’t help anyone’s pocketbooks, unfortunately…
