"Pretty isn't beautiful, mother, pretty is what changes. What the eye arranges, is what is beautiful...I'm changing, you're changing, I'll draw us both before we fade." It seems the growth in Vegas is steadily declining. There are fewer and fewer surprises. That's in part to the wretched economy, no doubt.
